Cancellation & Changes

All airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you want to cancel your reservation within the same day of booking, please call us at (888) 575-5753, write to us at info@easemytravel.com or use our chat service on the website as you may be able to cancel the reservation with a refund for a cancellation fee.

We advise you to call our toll-free number (888) 575-5753 if you wish to cancel your reservation 24 hours after the ticket void period is over or in case of any last-minute cancellation. Sending us an email may take up to 24 hours to process, and we may miss cancelling your reservation before the flight departure, which could lead to a no-show with the airline and the airline forfeiting your entire ticket cost. Most airline tickets are completely non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Still, if you want to cancel, we will try to assist you with the best possible option available.

EaseMyTravel LLC does not guarantee any refund on cancellation made 24 hours after tickets are issued. To make changes to your reservation, you will be required to pay the airline penalty fee and any applicable fare difference. Customers who do not appear or are 'no show' for their flight will forfeit the entire fare paid and will not be eligible for changes or refund. Any itinerary changes are subject to airline fare rules, most of which do not allow date or name changes after booking. Once you have made a reservation, name changes are not allowed. If you need to correct a name, you will have to cancel the reservation — if allowed — and make a new booking at the new price. This may incur fees and penalties. It is your responsibility to verify passenger name spelling before booking.

Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases, the airline may allow cancellations and issue a credit for future travel by the same traveler on the same airline. Such credits usually have expiration dates. Please discuss additional restrictions with a customer service agent. All bookings where cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled before the first flight’s scheduled departure by calling our customer service. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When using an airline credit, you must pay any fare differences, airline penalties, and applicable fees. All changes are governed by each airline’s fare rules and procedures. Improper use may void the ticket and cancel the trip.

Cancel For Refund

For refundable fares, EaseMyTravel LLC may charge a processing fee for all permitted cancellations. All service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations must be done by phone. Refund requests will be accepted only if:

  • The traveler has applied for cancellation and refund with us, and the airline rules allow it.
  • The traveler is not a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refunds.
  • Waivers are secured from the airlines (at their discretion) by us to process the request.

For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to give an exact timeline. Requests are processed in sequence. Once we notify customer service, an email confirmation is sent — this is just an acknowledgment. We work with the airline to determine a waiver amount and then notify you of the airline’s decision. We depend on the airline to receive refunds. After approval, it may take additional time to reflect on your credit card. Generally, it may take 60-90 days from your request to seeing the credit. Airlines usually charge penalties, and EaseMyTravel LLC also charges a processing fee for refunds. This fee is assessed only if the airline authorizes the refund. If the airline denies the refund, we will refund the processing fees we charged.

Responsibility & Travel Insurance

EaseMyTravel LLC does not assume responsibility for travel interruptions beyond our control, including Acts of God, nature, non-performance, injury, loss, delay, baggage issues, errors, or changes by travel suppliers. If the airline files bankruptcy, overbooks, or makes schedule changes, we are not liable.

EaseMyTravel LLC has made passengers aware of the importance of travel insurance. We will not be responsible for expenses due to refusal to purchase insurance. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the insurance supplier.
